Braaaaains!

Since Zack Snyder's "Dawn of the Dead," zombies flicks and all things "zombie" have been really cool to me. Have they always been this cool, I just never paid much attention to them? If not already, they are bucketed in the same coolness as pirates and ninjas. After reading Robert Kirkman and Tony Moore's "The Walking Dead," I can't help but notice everything "zombie." Like this book that caught my eye from across the store!

"Pride and Prejudice and Zombies (2009) is a parody novel by Seth Grahame-Smith. It is a mashup story combining Jane Austen's classic 1813 novel Pride and Prejudice with elements of modern zombie fiction. Austen is credited as co-author of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. It was first published in April 2009 by Quirk Books. Its cover, a "zombification" by Doogie Horner, was taken from the detail of a painting of Marcia Fox by Sir Henry William Beechey."
